Are you passionate about developing systems, processes, and SOPs for a growing startup? Do you thrive in building HR structures that enhance efficiency and drive performance?

We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist who loves to develop and improve workflows for every department, introduce automation, and enhance department-wise performance. Your focus will be on creating scalable HR systems rather than traditional recruitment.

What You’ll Do
 

• Performance Management
• Implement and manage a Performance Management System (PMS) to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Facilitate performance reviews, feedback sessions, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Work closely with managers to set SMART goals and monitor employee progress.
• Analyze performance data to optimize workforce planning and engagement strategies.
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Build a strong talent pipeline and ensure an efficient hiring process with a time-to-fill target of [e.g., 30 days].
• Optimize hiring strategies to balance cost-per-hire and quality of hire.
• System & Process Development
• Develop and optimize HR systems and workflows for all departments.
• Introduce automation tools to streamline company operations.
• Continuously analyze and improve current systems & processes for better efficiency.
• Work on department-wise performance improvement strategies to drive productivity.
• SOP Development
• Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every department.
• Ensure SOPs are standardized, easily accessible, and regularly updated.
• Train department heads and employees on SOP adherence and best practices.
• Employee Performance & Incentive Planning
• Develop KPIs and performance tracking systems for different departments.
• Design incentive plans for marketing, sales, and other teams to reward high performance.
• Implement strategies that enhance employee retention and motivation through results-driven incentives.
• Training & Development
• Plan and organize technical & non-technical training for various teams.
• Identify skill gaps and implement structured training programs.
• Facilitate coaching and mentorship programs to enhance professional growth.
• Working Process Development
• Evaluate existing processes across different departments and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement new, structured workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between departments through optimized processes.
• Compliance & HR Reporting
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
• Maintain and analyze HR dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
   

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced startup environment.
• Candidates with proven experience in developing systems and processes for companies with measurable results.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
